I contemplate the meaning of life and better ways to serve one another.

Honor is about acting in the service of truth, justice, and equality. It’s about seeking a just outcome that provides the greatest benefit to all. It’s about respecting the boundaries of others and protecting those boundaries from people who exploit them.

Honor is about living courageously in your truth and being fearless about who you are.

There is no honor in being a weapon that harms the innocent, the weak, the vulnerable, or the indigent. Indeed, there is no way quicker path to dishonor than to strike out at the vulnerable. True honor is not gained at the gym, in the boxing ring or in the Octagon. It doesn’t come through boastfulness, competition, or violence but by standing, silent, with watchful eye at a distance, protecting the most vulnerable among us from harm.
